Scan QR Menu is a digital menu platform for restaurants, operated by Grow Digitally Agency, Coimbatore, India. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

• Account data: email address and password when you sign up.
• Business data: restaurant name, logo, menu items, prices, and photos you upload.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and device/browser information collected automatically.
• Contact data: any messages you send us via WhatsApp or email.

3. How we use your data

• To create and manage your digital menu.
• To provide customer support.
• To improve and maintain the platform.
• To send important service updates (no marketing spam).

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the third-party services that power the platform:

• Supabase — database and file storage (EU/US servers).
• Vercel — hosting and deployment.
• OpenAI — menu text extraction from uploaded files. Uploaded content is not used to train OpenAI models.

5. Public menu pages

Your restaurant name, menu items, prices, and photos are displayed publicly on your menu page so customers can view them. Do not upload any content you do not want visible to the public.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp or email.

7. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are never stored in plain text. Access to your data is protected by row-level security — only you can read or modify your own restaurant data.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Export your menu data.
